  Great bank other then the fact that they love to give you over drafts. Even after you sit down with bank manager and sign papers to never draw out what's not there.

  Wish i could give it 0 stars WORST banking experience ever! There is no real tellers it's all automated. The system is down 99.9% of the time. We cant access our account online when we want to. Our cards have been declined 3 times now because of system error.... Will defiantly be going to another bank as soon as we can!

  Great credit union! This credit union is awesome they really work with u and will help u get a good mortage or car loan. They have great dividend ends for savings accounts also. I would recommend them to anyone.

  I LOVE THIS BANK!!!!! Been with them a few years now. Very nice friendly service everytime. I've gotten two cars with Carter FCU in Minden La. Ms LaKeshia Banks is awesome sauce. She gets to job done!

  From my experience,, maybe I ought to thank them, for not letting me open account with them,, if they are so deceitful now ,, what would it be like if I would have an account , I'm sure I have put my business with a much more trust worthy bank

  Horrible bank with horrible service. Everything is very impersonal there. I will be changing banks as soon as possible. There should be a negative number you can rate it...
