Stay away! Not only is Citizens a terrible lender that will send you in a tizzy over the constant requests for new items once they have issued you a commitment, this guy will also drive you nuts. He has a terrible reputation. Month after month, nothing happens. I made a mistake, and hope you don't have to go through the same thing. This has been my experience.
