  Megan, Has always been a great Bank Manager and loan officer. All my needs have always been met by the staff members as well. All the staff members are very kind and very knowledgeable about the banks resources. I highly recommend this bank to all my friends and family. Great fast customer service too.   I've been a member at Cardinal community credit Union since I was old enough to work. I've had many loans from Cardinal over the years from jet skis, motorcycles, personal loans and mortgages. Never had an issue. My last loan was applied for, approved, paperwork signed on line and money deposited within a matter of hours! Great customer service with friendly people.

  We have worked with Megan at the Ashtabula Cardinal Community Credit Union over the last few years, specifically helping people with vehicle loans. Megan fights for customers, they are not just a score on paper. We have watched her put deals together that were better than what the other banks offered. They have a great first time buyers program that helps young people get started in the world of credit. Megan works extremely hard to work every deal to get them the best deal possible!

  I have had 3 loans now thru Cardinal, they have the best customer service. And work very quickly to get information to you, they are very patient and compassionate, I couldn't ask for a better credit union. I am soo very grateful to Megan the branch manager for the ashtabula branch for being so awesome at what she does. She truly is the reason my last loan happened. She always made sure I was staying positive. I will definitely refer others to Cardinal for all their banking and loan needs.
