  Staff at this location is absolutely perfect. They help me with very intricate requests and don't seem to be bothered to help a customer out. Every person who works here is super nice and friendly. The manager is also one of the nicest bank tellers I have met. Plus the hours are a bit better than most main branches.

  Original post 02/19/19: I attempted to deposit some money today we found a jar of coins from around the house and I was told they could not deposit the coins because their coin counter was broken. An older white female with blond curly hair a younger white male with brown hair and a younger black female with brown and blonde hair all advised me that it was against their policy to take coins even though it was under $10 and it's legal tender I contacted corporate and am expecting to hear from a regional manager we'll see what happens. *update* 02/22/19: was contacted and the regional manager advised the employees should have taken the coins. He assured me he would use this as a teaching moment, hopefully it is.

  Posting because of Ebony! I’ve only visited this branch a few times. After the first visit Ebony has cheerfully greeted me by name each time, and I’m talking weeks in between each visit. Appreciate her kind and helpful disposition.

  Love that this location is open on Saturday’s. Very convenient, tellers are always pleasant as well.
