  Don’t know how to do there jobs this is my 3 time this week coming the this branch they don’t know what you’re doing they charge my account from multiple transactions that was only going to be for one would not recommend coming to this branch. They don’t know what you’re doing worst service ever.

  NEVER GO HERE. Tried to cash a cashiers check, lady at the front didnt know what to do so she talked to her manager. Managers name..ben durham. Never talk to this guy, hes been there for 16 years and he doesnt know the policies! He made me go cash it from the bank that wrote the cashiers check and cap fed is supposed to be my bank...thanks for NOTHING.

  If you are a collector of U.S. coins and love to CRH then DO NOT GO TO CAPITOL FEDERAL. This particular branch will NOT let me withdraw .50 cent half dollar coins or even order a box of halves. They claim they are phasing out this coin but that's BS. I'm pretty sure they are just to lazy to do their jobs. It's quite obvious.

  Can't say I've had the best service inside here, but I've banked here for years. I mainly use the ATM.
