  There’s not an ATM available in over 40 blocks in the UES. And the only one that’s left only opens during office hours and not even during the weekends. What are customers supposed to do? Ride the subway every time we need to do use the ATM?

  This is the second time that I was treated with derision and condescension from the same tellers, a senior and a millennial. I can’t believe those tellers would choose to be hostile to a customer, especially since I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016. Much as it would be an inconvenience, I’ve decided to close my accounts and embark on a new and pleasant relationship with another bank.

  Close this unsafe business. The tellers are anti-vax and are in contact with people. Unvaccinated tellers is risk and a disgrace to the public good. And to DEMAND that fully vaccinated people wear masks when the CDC and NYS states it isn't necessary is ridiculous. Capital One should be ashamed of itself!

  Just opened new account at Capital One Cafe. First visit to this branch and it is excellent. Sonia Ibrahim was especially helpful and it is always appreciated.

  Horrible custumer service !!! I was asking simple questions for a deposit I made and wasn't helped properly. Workers are not courteous. I will share this with other costumers. Don't go here!!!!
