  great service. Lots of help if you are in need in both departments in personal and business departments. Every question is answered right away. Sometimes waiting, but be fare. Waiting sometimes in other banks too. I like it here.

  Great Neighborhood, Nice bank, the staff is very friendly n it's kept clean, even the ATM area. Feels very quiet n Private. I like that it's right next to the Post office. It's a Jewish neighborhood so expect the bank to be closed on Saturdays n Jewish Holidays. God Bless

  Absolutely horrible. Horrible Customer Service. Went to get a bank check-should've taken 3 minutes like it does by chase. Instead, took over half hour, teller gave me attitude, and got the check wrong twice. And they still charged a fee too!

  Horrible! Cashier was on the phone while she was supposed to be helping me and then went and misspelled my check. What should have taken a few minutes took over a half hour with horrendous customer service

  I was impress with the teller (Amanda). Great customer service. She process my transaction with no problem with a smile the entire time. Plus she also interacted with daughter. A very friendly atmosphere. My past experiences at this location was always horrible. The old staff was very rude.

  Three months ago a teller at this branch told me that I couldn't deposit checks issued under my name in custodial accounts that I opened for my children, but she was corrected by the branch manager. Today, Diane, the same teller, I believe, raised the same issue and went in the back office to consult with perhaps a different branch manager who must have told her the same thing as the previous one for she came back to the window and accepted the checks for deposit. The poor rating is for: (1) the rudeness of the corpulent teller,Diane, who is too lazy to familiarize herself with the banking rules regarding custodial accounts and ended up making the same mistake twice. And (2), the inordinate length of time that I had to wait because of the teller's lack of knowledge as well as her unapologetic attitude. Those staff, whose reading comprehension is not up to par and/or who are too inept to take the initiative to read banking rules/regulations that impact their job performance, should be briefed on the specifics of banking policies regarding custodial accounts so that the situation described hereinabove ceases to reoccur. And such was suggested in a phone conversation, today, with the branch manager.

  This is a good place for banking.... they have a good staff who are courteous and professional... they even helped me out when I needed something and I didn’t have what was required ... . .., .. thank you so much for that.... The place is kept clean and well maintained.. Overall it is a good place at a good convenient location .. we will visit again soon.. thank you so much... ..,

  Poor service. They take forever. There are 3 twllers one of whom decided not to take another customer to help another teller do her job then walked away and stood there looking around. The service rep is slow and ais the only one there to help a building full of people. I'm appauled by the terrible service.

  360 account was close bcus I deposite by mistake a scam check but I wasn't know that it was a scam and customer service don't let me explain or anything else also they write something in my credit I want. To know if I can explain the incidents and open the account again

  Tellers were quick and fast. Very helpful and nice. The people that work the desk, there were two. One was taking a long time with a customer, and the other just sat there. I was waiting for over 25 minutes. I left.
