  Claire was very helpful with getting a joint checking and savings account setup for my wife and I. It was a busy day Friday before Labor Day weekend yet she took time out of her busy day and skipped lunch to help us call and do all of the verification processes with three separate Capital One representatives on the phone to help us start to finish on the account setups. I would highly recommend this branch and Claire for all banking needs!

  True professionalism and great customer service. I wanted to change banks and went to this Branch as it's close to my Home and had good reviews. It was fairly busy during Lunch hour however the Branch Manager Christina Flanagan was assisting Cashiers and was attending walk in clients like myself at the same time. She was very professional and was leading by example. She was knowledgeable and provided best options that suited my needs. I would highly recommend this place for banking!

  Capital One has truly lost its sense of Customer Service. The East Meadow branch is so understaffed and the customer service there is horrible. Being a former officer at Capital One I understand their value of customer service and they are not meeting it there.

  Tellers very friendly, very personable and they display a lot of patience when you ask questions. Great customer service.. The East Meadow bank is very busy, but the line moves along very quickly.

  They need to have an extra teller on Thursday I only see one teller taking an entire line of customer.

  Bad customer service ! Always busy they take so long to attend a customer! Eating in front of the customer

  Banking reimagined? Imagine waiting on line a half hour. 12 people ahead of you and only 2 tellers. Capital one is terrible

  It's amazing that their 24 hr ATMs are always having problems. They never have enough tellers so it's a problem.
