  I came in on Saturday to open a business banking account and was greeted by a teller named Camvir. Camvir asked me if I had all my documents and then proceeded to tell me that they’re not opening business accounts for walk-ins. That I would have to leave a copy of my documents for “review” and then come back to open my account on Tuesday. I found it very odd and strange as I worked in banking before and never heard of such a pre-screening process before. As a long time customer of Capital One, I felt mistreated and am considering moving my accounts elsewhere.

  Love this bank. Staff always helpful and the accounts are simple to understand and easy to maintain.

  I can say nothing but good things about this branch. The staff knows me by name, and address any issues I have immediately. I trust them with my personal money, savings, and my businesses. This comes from years of direct interaction with the Ridgewood branch. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.

  Stacie Defeo did an outstanding job. Her skills and honesty helped me make the best decision. I will definitely will be coming back.

  If you want to bank with them, consider this: THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PHONE IS HORRIBLE. They have LONG wait times and its impossible to talk to a live agent. As you can see, I was on their 1800 number for almost two and a half hours before I gave up on my urgent issue. Total failure of a bank IMO.

  The staff here are surprisingly rude and have no care for customer needs one bit. They lack in proper management as seen through their sloppy organization. Quite a disappointment. The manager also seem to avoid work at all costs. Time to find a different bank.

  Everyone at this branch treats me like family. I trust them and enjoy each visit to the branch.
