  Absolutely ridiculous. Drove an hour to make it here before 5. Nothing whatsoever about it not being a capital one branch. I'm so upset. Couldn't make it to another branch. The people working here are young punks and totally rude and unprofessional. Don't be patronizing to customers.

  This bank branch deserves negative stars, as it is not a real bank branch, and they do not have real tellers. And likewise they will be unable to help you with anything so that you drive to Ridgewood to their other location. So basically the only purpose of this building is to house ATMS. In conclusion, worst bank ever.

  Patrick helped me open a business account on a Saturday and it was the easiest banking experience I’ve ever had. Took about 20 minutes and I was all set. I also visited a second time to activate my debit card and he was able to help me with that in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this branch. It has a clean and friendly atmosphere, and people willing to help.

  This place has no tellers. I had my check and deposit slip, ya know the normal stuff. Nope! Need your ATM card. Had to go to another branch. Useless

  One of the atm's wasnt working and it took forever to get my money back and my card to go to the other machine.

  This branch seems useless in my opinion. Every time I walk in, the employees tell me they can't help me. Why not just put up an ATM and not make me think this is a real bank.

  You can only make deposits at this branch through the ATM. So if you need a teller to help you, you're out of luck. Seems really dumb to me.

  They have no tellers here, they cannot help you to pay bills, just tell you to use the machine which I don’t prefer and don’t trust.

  Sounds like they may have stopped in to a Select Service Center—while these locations won't be able to handle cash & checks in a traditional manner, ATMs are on-site for deposits & transactions are good to go at full service branches: https://locations.capitalone.com/ ^DR

  They do NOT HAVE CASH. YOU have to go to ridgewood
