Daneisha M5I was trying to call to find out if Bainbridge was still open, but I get no answer. I see that the Co-op City branch closed down (that’s hilarious, by the way!), but I liked Bainbridge! I hope it’s still open. I called customer service & they don’t know a thing. They told me Co-op was still open as I was standing in front of boarded doors LOL! But it’s an annoying drive for me to Bainbridge which is why I want to make sure they’re open. Somebody answer the phoneeeee…!

Rodney Wright4There are 5 atm machines in the entry, they are usually all working. The place is kept clean and there is security on the premises. The tellers are not very friendly, but they are fairly professional, (Just Young) and seem lack customer service training. They stay open late and they open on Saturdays.

Jaszlynn Sims1Always long line only 2 tellers I am here today there are over 10 people in front of me.... I was here 2 days ago there was 7 people . My license scan never works I have wait they have to come out each time ... way to long I spend over 45 minutes in this bank for a with draw Terrible GET MORE TELLERS... Always long Line!!!! Make the ID scans work efficiently

Roman Subervi1Avoid this branch location at all cost. The ATM's are constantly out of service, they are regularly under staffed and their customer service is abysmal to say the least. The branch manager Janet Nater and teller Luis De La Cruz refused to help retrieve my debit card when a "out of order" ATM with no signage consumed it and would not give it back. When I brought it to their attention 4 out of 5 tellers ignored me and continued counting money while the manager quickly dismissed my complaint and explained that I could simply go on the app and order a new one. I will be filing a formal complaint first thing Monday morning with the corporate office and the better business bureau. This is not the first time I've seen suspicious and unprofessional behavior at this particular branch location. This branch services a working class neighborhood and the staff consistently under-serves the community and are unconcerned with the negative consequences customers experience because of heir mediocrity.

Meri R.1Veery slow, always sort on employees and that causes such a long wait. This branch needs more employees such a waste of my time to wait on the line for the transaction that takes for 2min and i have to wait up to 45min or longer to get it done.

Giulio Magli1I arrived at 8:30 to make a withdrawal by the ATM and the ATMs are affected and I see three capital employees one doing nothing to solve this ..

Damary Perez1The worst bank to go not enough customer service. I waited a hour just to pay my credit no one apologized for the delate and the under staff. They are slow and need to hire more people.
