  Trash dispute team and customer service can barely form complete sentences. Very disturbing to get scammed by a fraud charge and Capital 1 literally does nothing to properly dispute a claim. They won't even have correct notes on what was discussed and you can't speak to competent staff closed 3 accounts 2 more to go.

  Don’t believe what these haters are saying!!!! This is the best gym I’ve ever been at! Their facilities are IMMACULATE! They have safe and secure lockers made of poplar wood. They actually use POPLAR for locker doors! Brooke at the front desk is always super peppy and sweet.

  Why does capital one hold your money from you but they let scammers steal it whenever they need to use it?... I am closing my account and I hope that everyone that is being scammed does also.

  I used to be such a loyal customer to capital one. In fact anytime someone was considering getting a new credit card I would tell them how much I loved my capital one venture card. Every single person in my family has the venture card and we all loved it. That all changed recently. I ordered an expensive item that had never arrived. The company refused to give me a refund for the item. So I went to capital one for help and asked if I could dispute the charge. They said sure and didn't really verify any details. A few weeks later, a jewelry company that I recently used to fix my mom's wedding ring called saying they had got a letter that I was disputing the down payment I put on the ring. I was shocked that capital one got the wrong charge but accidents happen so I assured them that it was a mistake and I would handle it. I called capital one and they apologized and said that they would close the dispute for me. I asked if the jewelry store would need to do anything and they assured me that they would not. A few weeks later I get another email from the jewelry store saying that capital one had taken money from them. I'm pretty livid at this point. I call capital one and they say that in order to fix it I will need to go to the jewelry store and pay them the money again. At this point I'm crying on the phone and the customer service won't help me. I called 2 more times and I got different answers on how to move forward each time. They also admitted that they don't know what the jeweler should do. At this point I just want to be done and have no way towards resolution. My reputation with the jewelry store is completely ruined and I will be changing my credit card company. 😢 I'm still just so frustrated and sad.

  I stole a lot of money from this bank before they closed my account so I'm a happy camper, kick rocks capital one...all the way back to whatever hole you crawled out of. Yoink.

  Do they like not have anyone working customer service??? I’m just trying to see where my card is at Bc it’s never been delivered. And judging by the rest of these comments I obviously chose the wrong bank to keep my money secure.

  Beware of this company!! I used to like this and decided to make it my primary bank account but horrifyingly, things went sour. They literally impose limits to the number of times you access your online app. They say it’s for security purposes to send you otp’s every log in, but sets a limit to it each day. The worst part is that you need to wait for 24hours until you’re able to access your online account again and they could not even bypass anything. Leaving you unable to send and perform instant transfers to anyone in cases of EMERGENCIES. This is just stupid and horrible. Do not use Capital One as your primary bank or better yet, avoid this company.

  Capital one does not hold 100% protection to their card holders. They do not provide customer service that benefits the cardholder. Hours spent on the phone with fraudulent charges. Their customer service does not need to be like this. This is not a cry me a river review this is a your customer service sucks review.

  Through dealing with some extremely difficult and dangerous adversities, Capital One was excellent in working with me and even offered me an extremely generous settlement on my Auto Finance Loan. I have always been told to speak less and be quiet, especially regarding business. I never liked that idea. I like the idea that the businesses I work with and support, WILL care, WILL support me back, and that was truly the case with Capital One. Being transparent and honest with them about my circumstances is proof that there are large businesses that care! I am so grateful for the opportunity to work with you guys and repay my debt! Thank you so much for all of your patience, understanding, and assistance during this difficult time!

  This is not an actual Capitol One bank. This is a private corporate building and they will turn you away at the front desk. The ATM on the premises is for employees only. The closest Bank is in Lincoln Park as of September 12, 2019. Hope this helps.
