  Downloaded an app, never subscribed to anything. Nothing to cancel, they said well too bad. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. So now google gets a free $20 and I get nothing.

  They are stealing my money right out of my account. Calling it inactivity Fee of $5.00 a month even though they give me a penny every month interest.

  Hi Jon, we get it... nobody likes paying fees. Dormant and inactive accounts can be greater targets for fraud, and because dormant/inactive accounts don't receive statements, there's no way for a person to know if they were a victim of fraud until it's too late. We do sent out letters notifying members of an inactive/dormant account so they can reactivate it before they receive the fee. Just because an account is receiving interest, does not mean that it is an active account.

  Your latest update was terrible. The customer service behind this update is just as bad. After 2 weeks I finally got someone on the phone regarding the update issues. They said, "That's not my department". It'll be so much easier to move my money somewhere else.

  Hi Tom, we apologize that our service during the Refresh wasn't as you hoped and you weren't able to connect to get answers to your questions. We had extra staff scheduled to help answer additional calls and respond to voicemails to accommodate for the larger call volume, but you must have slipped through. Please feel free to call back and ask for the Marketing department, and we'd be happy to talk through any issues with you.

  The best credit union around! The loan officer was very friendly, knowledgeable and very, very helpful. My credit union wouldn't give me a loan, but Capital Credit Union would. Now they're my credit union!

  Although I love the bank, the front desk lady at this location is very rude and seems aggravated to speak to anyone or handle questions.

  I recently closed my account after moving away from the Fox Cities, and the staff at the Eisenhower location were so helpful, friendly, and fast!
