  Working with Josh and his team was a very seamless experience. In this crazy seller’s market and inflation, I went into the homebuying process preparing to encounter SO many challenges and super high interest rates.; however, I’m amazed at how easy going my process was partnering with Josh & his team to obtain a mortgage loan. As a people-facing professional and business owner myself, my standards for customer service are pretty high. This team nailed it! I really liked how easy it was to communicate with them (we’d often exchange texts for action items, updates, and requests), and Josh never hesitated to pick up the phone even when there wasn’t an action item - just to simply check-in and see how I was feeling about the process and if I had any questions.   Simply put, Josh is phenomenal at what he does. My family and I were in a unique situation where we needed to buy a home while I was in another country halfway around the world. Despite the communication challenges presented by a 13-hour time difference, Josh never skipped a beat. He was always there when I needed him and took them time to coordinate things on my schedule.
