  I have accounts and have acquired loans from three other credit unions in the area. My dealings with CAPCOM were by far the worst experience I've ever had dealing with a financial institution. The loan officer I dealt with was insulting and rude. She made the process difficult from the very beginning. I reached out to the management who were also defensive and rude. Needless to say I will never do business with CAP COM again!

  Gigi is the most miserable representative I have ever come encounter with. Extremely rude and dismissive, I will never come to this credit union again and me and my family are going to move our accounts elsewhere.

  The service they are using to route calls rudest people ever! Incompetent and just out right worthless! As far as the branch itself, they just hate their jobs.

  Once Upon a Time this Capcom office in Cohoes was the best. Customer service was fantastic. It was a pleasure to do business there. However all of the staff have been changed. I now find it unpleasant to go there. So much so that I'm considering changing my credt union.

  I want to make everybody aware that this Bank Capcom in Cohoes is giving out counterfeit hundred-dollar bills and they are not replacing it with good money so you are losing out
