  Well it took me almost three weeks to post this review because I’ve been busy putting personal touches on our new home. Our new home would not have possible without the guidance, professional service and expertise of Kris Gonzales, our loan agent. Kris Gonzales prepared us for the rocky road that is often expected when purchasing a new home. The purchase process was a stop/start often times because our offers on two homes were not accepted. Every time we offered on a home, we put Kris through a process of assisting our Realtor in our offer presentation. When our offers were not accepted, it was only because of the home purchasing market was on fire. Kris never wavered from all this work because she is the ultimate professional and kept us in the ballgame. Even our Realtor remarked how easy Kris was to work with and never missed a deadline. If you want someone to guide and prepare you for the home purchasing or loan refi process, I highly recommend that to bring Kris Gonzales onto your team. Your realtor and you will be glad you did.
