  I have known Sue for 15+ years and have worked with her on a number of loans for a lot of my buyers and myself. You won't find another loan officer that is knowledgeable about various loan products and available Down Payment Assistance (DPA) Programs. Working with Sue gives me and my buyers the confidence to know once she gives them a purchase price amount, they can look to close on their home. She has great communication skills to keep myself and my buyers in the loop with the progress of their loan. It is always a pleasure working with Sue and her Caliber team. She is one of a kind!!

  I have known Sue for 15+ years and worked with her in Georgia and now Florida. She is an absolute pleasure to work with!!! She goes above and beyond all other lenders. Her team at Caliber has assisted myself, my son, and all my friends in getting an amazing loan in place on our homes. You won't find another lender more knowledgeable than her, she has 20 years experience and has seen and heard it all. So if you want a for sure loan she is the absolute best at what she does. I don't refer anyone to any other lender, and I have been in real estate for 21 years and she and Caliber are the very best I have ever worked with. As a realtor it is extremely important to be kept up to date on the status of your buyers loan, and they have the best system available to keep me up to the second on what is happening. I never have to make a call, or even send an email. I am in the loop thru the entire process. It really is important to have someone like her taking care of my clients.
