  I saw that interest rates were lower than the current rate on my mortgage so I reached out to Rich to find out my refinancing options. I was also interested in a shorter term. So Rich was great. He gave me some great options and highlighted the pros and cons for each of them. Once I settled on a loan, the paperwork was all handled via email, the web and DocuSign, except for the final signing. And with the final signing, a notary came to my house. A totally easy process. Definitely will work with Rich again next time I refinance.
