  Jenn is a Rockstar (and so is her team). They were so responsive and there to answer all my questions, we're the main drivers in closing my loan within 32 days (when the standard is currently 45+), made sure everything was approved in time and are overall awesome people who are awesome to work with. I am so happy that I was able to work with them. I love Jenn!

  Processing my loan with this company went very smoothly. Dee was amazing and always kept up with my loan. She had everything ready to go way before the first company I contacted. Dee was prompt which helped me in securing the house early and not losing it to competition. She was professional, kind, and respectful. Dee took the time to keep me updated on my loans and made sure things were done on time to ensure a closing within 30 days of finding a property. Her work ethic is truly exceptional. She responded promptly within minutes to emails and messages which help decreased a lot of anxiety. She provided me with great estimates on my loan which was very close to the final numbers thereby helping me know before hand what to expect. I had a wonderful and blessed experience.   I was able to close escrow last week. My loan was actually ahead of schedule. Thanks to Tom from Caliber Home Loans. Tom and his team are very professional and made the loan process seamless. Although Caliber’s website is user friendly with task lists to do, Tom and his associates always explain everything in details. He was responsive and attentive to customers’ needs. His team worked very closely with the escrow team, helped address issues and made everything easy for his clients. This is important because it takes away all anxieties and the unknowns from the loan process. I’m very happy and highly recommend Caliber Home Loans. Tom is a go to person for your loan.   Jennifer Bourque and her team are outstanding. Jennifer did my first loan when I purchased my condo when she was with a different Company. I refinanced single family home with Jennifer because she is that good at what she does and her communication is even better. Caliber is great but I really refinanced with Jennifer.
