  Another excellent job done by Constance and her staff. Over the last 5 years, we have finalized 3 different loans with CR Mortgage and every time Constance provides us with several options, responds quickly, and communicates very clearly. We refinanced our old home several years ago and saved $250+ a month in our mortgage, obtained a new loan for a new purchase recently, and then just refinanced after renovations were completed and was able to remove PMI. Constance has helped us navigate through the loan process, which is not easy. I would recommend Constance and CR Mortgage to anyone considering a new purchase, refinance, or whatever home loan is needed. Great job Constance!

  I loved working with Constance. Super helpful and willing to really take the time to find the best solution for me and my husband's mortgage search. Very creative solution to getting us the best mortgage at the best rate. Can't recommend her enough!

  Ms. Constance Garrett possesses all of the qualities that one would hope for when going through what can be a very terrifying and rigorous process--known as purchasing a home! With so many various aspects to consider it would be easy to get completely overwhelmed and discouraged in the process, but Constance is thorough and efficient while being completely amiable through it all!

  Constance is wonderful to work with, a quality that is a huge plus when trying to secure a loan for a new home, which can be a stressful process. It's also great to have an independent broker who helps to not only get the loan, but also the RIGHT loan at the right rate.
