  Pawned a some video game consoles and controllers. Everything was in perfect condition when pawned. Picked it up today and my ps4 controllers had something spilled on them and it went inside. The rude older man told me it was nothing then card the owner who came down and say they didn't do it.... the place is a rip off and they will ruin your stuff! Employees are disrespectful at best. The inside of the store is filthy! Hope they go out of business.

  bought a rifle sling and when I looked at my bank statement they charged me double for it! and the salesperson very rude at best. negative 5 stars

  I came in to buy a sword. The very muscular, 5’10, owner with a punchable face was very helpful and pointed me right towards the swords, I made it very important that the sword could not have serpents on it, for those kinds of swords would not work in the rapture. Very good small business. Would visit again

  Took a set of handcuffs with case ONN tablet and Black Webb portable charger. Couldn't even get 30. on a pawn Employees were very rude. I wouldn't pawn a goat there. I than went to National Pawn and received a better deal because they wave the 2 dollar police charge. Definitely not coming back to C and C

  I’m sorry you didn’t like our offer. However, my employees were not rude at all (I was able to see and listen to the security footage). In fact, you were extremely rude to the employees at both of my stores. With regards to your goat dilemma, we don’t take livestock.

  Don't bring music hardware here. They will tell you that music hardware is mostly simulated on computers, will underpay you, and then price based on the highest ebay listings, regardless of how many listings there are, or how many have actually sold at the online prices. Much of their music equipment has been sitting for as long as I've been visiting, over two years, with no price drops. Turning pawn shops into physical ebays has killed the magic of a great find.

  I came in with a box full of old unused electronics trying to sell. The owner of the store was very rude to me, even going as far to say that all the items I brought in were trash simply because I didn’t have a few cables to test if the monitor and other things worked properly. Afterward he tried to make me a lowball offer on some of the smaller items I brought in, he eventually said a second time that my fully functioning items were trash. When I told him that in fact they weren’t they just needed a few cheap cables he didn’t have handy before you could use them, he then got angry and sent me away after throwing my things on the counter.

  We tried to be as polite as possible but you became very hostile right away. The things that we were able to test were, I’m sorry to say, filthy. Filthy items, and your VERY rude attitude caused us to turn your items down.

  C&C Pawn is, in my opinion, the best pawn shop in town. They have always offered the highest amount on a loan (pawning something you want back) and they have good store prices on everything they offer. They keep in touch with the EC*5-0 so everything is done legally. Bikes, guns, games, DVD's, jewelry... so much in one store! Great staff to work with, always fair and honest. I've been doing business with them for over 15 years.

  They bought a guitar from a notorious thief in Eau Claire and didn't even ask questions about it being stolen. The guitar was my Les Paul that I had stolen from me a couple weeks ago by some punk and couldn't find, the Pawn Shop had it for a month and never checked to see if it was even stolen. Went through the 30 day period and they PUT IT ON THE SALES FLOOR. Thank God a friend saw it there and told me and I had it confiscated by the police but it tells you a lot about this pawn shop, half of the stuff is probably stolen and the owners are scumbags

  We are glad you were able to get your guitar back. All items that come into our store are reported to the police (that's what the 30 day hold is for). If the police don't tell us its stolen, then we assume it is ok to put out for sale. As far as buying it from a notorious thief, we're sorry, but we didn't know the person who sold it so we took their information from their ID as required and submitted it to the police along with the guitar information. We're glad your guitar found its way home.

  I want here 15 years ago and again today and I was as happy today as I was today. Both times I bought tools and the quality was great with the tools I bought and service was excellent. I will be more frequent customer!
