This bank & branch is outstanding. Relocated to Evanston almost 3 years ago & wanted service comparable to my Maine credit union. They are equal to that as much smaller than big banks in the area. Even got my then 7 year old granddaughter open a savings account there. Every time she goes in, the tellers & loan officers as well as bank VP Nancy remember who she is. This makes her feel extremely important as kids don't know how to save these days.

Walked in the bank to change a hundred dollar bill from my house on oakton and was considering opening an account for my daughter when a young lady at the counter quickly asked me if she could help me and I asked her for change at first when she gave me a nasty look and asked me if I had an account there because we dont give change if you dont have one...I happily turned around and left, knowing that I was considering opening an account there sickens me because I would never patronize a business that would treat anyone that way and I will be assure to let all my friends in skokie know the same.
