  I have had several of Buckeye's products over the past few years. After a little rocky start in trying to buy out my lease car at a different branch, the Assistant Manager Jason at The Shaker Heights branch office was able to assist me swiftly and efficiently in one day! Got my title and registration in 20 minutes. He's a notary too!! Highly recommend! P.S. He even got the memo on the color to wear...LOL.

  I do not have a need to go inside the facility very often however whenever I do I am always treated nicely. This courtesy happens when I call as well. Special shout out to Jason for his diligence. Love the new look inside!

  Best customer service! Everyone is polite and helpful. I recommend them to everyone! Ms. Jacqueline Hall-Gibson is such a strong leader and you can tell is the perfect fit for her branch and her employees!! Jason is an amazing loan officer and can answer all your questions. Mercedes is like Ms. Jacqueline’s side kick, she knows everything and more about banking, and is the sweetest person ever! #teamshaker 💪🏼💪🏼

  Went into branch for shared branch transaction. Had a few questions about possibly moving my auto and home equity over for a better rate and was told the loan officer was not in the branch. I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was not available either. I offered to wait for manager but was told she prefers appointments. I did not leave my number and will just go out of my way to do my banking versus being treated that way in the branch.

  I went to this location to deposit cash through ATM.. I wanted to double check with the front desk if it is really surcharge free or not... They said they are offering shared services but they dont know to which banks they offer services to.. I told them my bank is DCU technically it Digital federal Credit Union bank they dont even know about that nor even cant search in google properly..I have to elaborate to them and gave them the bank url link... after going through that... the lady laughs histerically...

  Hello Arun, I am very sorry to hear of service you received. We can provide you with some information here but please email us at [email protected] if you need further assistance. It is unfortunately difficult to determine all of the networks that a credit union or bank unknown to us participates in, and whether those networks align with our own. The ATMs at our Shaker Heights location can be used surcharge-free if your credit union participates in either the Alliance One or Co-Op Shared Branch network. The easiest way to determine if any ATM is surcharge free will be to attempt your transaction, and if there is a surcharge you will be prompted to accept it before the transaction is processed. You will not be forced to proceed and can abort the transaction if you wish. I hope this information helps and am very sorry that our teller staff was not able to better assist.   I had an issue with my account and the manage Jacqueline was so rude to me. She didn't even look up from her phone while I was talking to her. I went back the next day and she was reading a book and said she was too busy to help me. She is constantly on her phone when you try to talk to her. They are consistently not open when they're supposed to be. I try to make my deposit before work they're supposed to be open at 9am but there's no one there at 9:15 and the doors are locked. I am closing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere.
