  I am not impressed...... Have had my car loan through this bank for 6 years now, and now that my car is almost paid off I'm having all kinds of problems with them. I all of a sudden cannot log into my account online it says there is no existing account, but when I try to create an account it says there is an account already with my email address. Have emailed the bank twice about this problem and never received a response. Sent in a $4000 check to pay off my car quicker. After 2 weeks of the check never clearing called the bank and they claimed they never received the check. But they have no problem receiving and cashing a $1000 check. In May I had my car payment paid up until August, and they still have it on my credit report that I still owe just under $6000 on my car loan, which is what it was clear back in April when I tried to send them the $4000 check. This bank does not try to work with you at all to pay off your loan early. Will not use this bank again or refer this bank to anyone.

  Terrible terrible company.. just learned after 2 years of my lone that appearetly I had $500 in late fees racked up from second payment ever.. catch 22 on this situation is that I paid any late fees that I acquired that their sales reps have told me if there was a late fee or not but yet they failed to mention anything about any previous late fees that accumulated. Also reason for the late fee was because they either do a send by check only (they don’t have online loan payment or tracker) or you call in and have to pay a additional $7 for card transaction.. I spoke to Brandi corder today as she told me hey I will let you know now since our company as failed to tell you that you owe $500 in late fees over the past 2 years.. hey Brandi thanks for the heads up! ( 2 years later smh) terrible Terrible company if your getting a loan do not get it from these people they will screw you badly!!
