  I have apply and waited for a response from them . Is been a month and the case managers are a joke . I ask why you can’t fund my request she said it was the underwriters that the felt uncomfortable to fund this case . I don’t recommend waisting your time on this as a Branch Manager and financial background this was a bad customer satisfaction and service. I would like to say the way the communication and leaving message is like they don’t care about the consumer. Don’t wait a minute on this Company is a joke they need better management and people who love there job not when you say I’m going to write you a review, then I received a call and said I’m sorry but the underwriting dept. felt uncomfortable to fund this case what kind of answer is this is secured by the law firm this is there business to fund cases on there merit to begin .

  Absolutely Fantastic , I see all the other reviews and let me tell you the reviews could not be more wrong. I was dealing with Rachael from the start and let me tell you , she was great. Very fast with responses. You have to contact them by email ( and they tell you that ) and unless it was after 5pm she responded with in a hr if not with in 10 mins. they worked with me and my attorney to get me the amount that I was asking for. Out of all the places I have tried to get a loan to help my family in time of need, I am glad that I did not listen to the reviews and gave Buckeye a try. Rachael and her team were great. Rachael stayed in contact with me every step of the way and a week later My family was funded and back on track. Yes it takes time but that is only because Buckeye has to make sure all the paperwork is in order, lets face it, Buckeye is loaning you monies on a settlement that is not guaranteed. They really do go out of there way to help. Thank you Rachael and your team. I can not express how much you helped my family. I highly recommend buckeye, Rachael and her team, if you take the time and let them do there work it will be worth it in the long run. Best Place EVER. 5 STARS FROM ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Awaiting settlement, case still going and we all know how long that can take. Desiree and the other staff have been amazing! Help me when I needed it the most and always happy to do so. Thank you so much! You don't know the effect you had on me by being able to lend a hand!!! Can explain how bad things could have gotten! No gimmics, no BS...   I put in a application on Friday and today which is Tuesday I received a call from the case manager stating that she will contact me again November the 26th to let me know if I was approved which is over a month from now. So I sent her this email; Good morning Due to 30 days necessary for you to process application I immediately withdraw my interest and further do not seek a cash Advantage from Buckeye legal Financial. Thank you for your time Keith Johnson I would not recommend this company.

  I have to admit after being ignored by other funding companies I had pretty much thrown in the towel. Then case manager Miss Nakia Walker did nothing, but do her job. From beginning to the status throughout the day. She was professional, communicative & respectful. She is definitely an asset to the company or any company looking for a quality, ethical employee she is it. I was at ease knowing the status of the application.   Buckeye is the greatest🤗 I am awaiting my settlement and they’ve just been wonderful in giving me funds until my case is over with. The staff is very friendly and really my do care about how I’m doing in my recovery. Interest is also extremely low and affordable. Couldn’t be more grateful for Buckeye.   I applied for a cash advance, and was given a case manager. Though I were able to keep track of the process of my application by clicking on the link that was sent to me in a text message, I was also able to text my case manager. After my lawyer sent the information, and the case was given to the underwriting department my cash advance was denied. I text my case manager to find out why it was denied but I still have not gotten a response. I did receive an email informing me of the denial, but it did not give me a reason why either. I was injured in the company's van, and I was having surgery the very next day. The driver of the vehicle that rearended us admitted to falling asleep at the wheel, so I know that we will win the personal injury lawsuit. I gave them two stars because of the communication in the beginning of the application process. Once your case is denied, the communication ends.

  Buckeye legal funding they never give you the amount that you're asking for always give you a lesser amount that way they can get more money at the end the last time I applied I got approved signed all my papers still no tracking number. I called back about 3 hours later the lady informed me that there are Underwriters decided to put it on hold now watch I bet you I get charged for that amount I never did receive. Find another company that's going to suit you and your family

  Im a little nervous to use this company for funding based off these reviews. I had to wait 3 weeks to get funding from buckeye. Now im getting the run around. I had 2 surgeries since asking for help. And i still received no help. Lets see if they'll give me anything today. Update: just like i thought. Called and the reps couldn't answer any of my questions.
