Obie L1Small town bank without the small town charm. The elderly lady who answers the phone is bland, bordering rude. Trying to get ahold of anyone that can make any decisions on your account is like pulling teeth, and don't expect a call back. But DO expect to be "politey recommended" to switch banks when you do get a hold of the entitled account manager. That's just the terrible service; nevermind the lack of automation in their processes. Somewhere there is a cubicle or two with people plugging away trying to stay "caught up" to a week behind what any other bank would have done in one hour with a simple computer program.
