      We just moved here and needed a bank for our small business. The young woman that works there was great. I took in all of our paperwork and even though she was the only one there at the moment she still had everything done in record time. Even special ordered our company checks.       I can't say enough good things about the management and staff at BTH Bank in Carthage. I moved my banking business there after my long-time personal banker retired from another local bank. In the several years since I've started doing business with BTH in Carthage, the service has been nothing short of exemplary. I have an amazing personal banker there who has me completely spoiled. I do most of my banking through their website and iOS app, so I don't often stop in. When I do, they always call me by name and offer a cup of fresh coffee.
