  As a Realtor with fiduciary duties to my buyers, I needed a loan originator that I can trust and I can honestly say Bryan did the best job I could of ask for. From the beginning he does a great informative introduction call to the buyers to introduce himself and help answer any questions. Once he receives all documents needed he works fast to get the approval started, once in escrow he pulls all strings available to him in order to save a loan from falling out of escrow. Per my last deal he made an appraisal take place in record breaking time and we were able to finalize a loan appraisal in less that a week in the midst of a pandemic. Also, He was able to reduce interest rates for my buyer in order to keep him approved for the loan, my buyers are still in shock at the low rate they were able to secure with Bryan. He has all the tools and knowledge to get the job done from A-Z. He’s a hard working professional to say the least.
