  Drive thru tellers are rude and snobby everytime. Changing banks bc I shouldn’t feel like im inconveniencing them when it’s their job

  I've been a customer of Brighton Bank since 2002 and always receive excellent customer care. They offer competitive interest rates whether investing or borrowing, their mobile app is convenient and user friendly, and they are happy to assist you in person or via phone. As a matter of fact, I took out my first investment loan with them 8 years ago. The entire process was streamlined and communication was easy. I look forward to many more banking years with them!

  Peggy is a very rude person. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else! I understand this is an old bank. Time to get up to date starting with your staff and the processes that you have in place.

  The staff is very professional and easy to work with. The team, specifically the Brighton branch are always eager to answer my questions.   Love Brighton Bank. The Staff is always courteous and friendly. If I have a problem w my account they help me figure out the issue. Rates are reasonable. Mobile app is easily accessible.

  The staff is so friendly and they offer great rates on checking and savings account. I had previously banked with Regions in Memphis and I never had the level of customer service I get at Brighton Bank. Great service even nicer staff
