  I had the pleasure of communicating with Brian and Anita. Brian was phenomenal. When we first started together, he took his time to explain the loan procedure and everything that it entails. When it was time to submit an offer, he was very responsive. Despite being busy, he was able to coordinate and prepare the offer letter for the seller. We got the ball rolling and he thoroughly explained the documents that were needed prior to closing. Anita did a great job as well. Anita would call and review what items needed to be submitted and in what format, and would follow up with an email detailing the items. For someone who is a first time buyer and not familiar with the process, having Anita call, explain the items, and follow up with a list made it easy for me in a couple of ways. One, the repetitiveness allowed me to comprehend the information more. Second, the email in a listed format clearly differentiated the items , making it easy for me to track what needed to get done as I crossed off each one. All-in-all, I couldn't be happier with the performance of Anita and Brian. They are genuine, hard working people and I would definitely recommend them both.
