      I want to give this bank account 5 star all because of a teller name Veronica. She's always polite, eager to assist u,and helpful. However, I'm giving it a 1 star all because of the loan manager. She's one disrespectful unpleasant arrogant heifer. She doesn't make you feel as if the bank is there for you. I hate the previous specialist who place she took left. The new manager who I'm referring to been a snob since she was promoted . She not helpful at all.

      I love this bank they treat you like family, however I wish they better hours of operation. Stay open till 6:30 and be open on Saturdays. So I don't have to take time off of work to handle my banking needs.
