  We had 2 deals with Brass financial worth over $1,000,000 total. Neither deal closed on time due to negligence on their part. The owner, Steve, hung up on me when I voiced my dissatisfaction of not meeting deadlines and never once reached out to apologize for his behavior. Would never use them again. As regular investors in jersey shore properties, they don’t care giving up millions of dollars in potential business.

  These guys are great! I had heard negative comments about hard money lenders in the past .. and perhaps those stories are true. However, the folks at Brass are amazing. They have an outstanding reputation over a long period of time. Maybe it's because they are family-owned? Whatever the reason, they are responsive, friendly, professional, and effective. They do what they say and they meet their deadlines. I am proud to be a huge fan of the team at Brass!

  Steve's company's motto Brass has your cash has a nice hook to it. A true hook. I have previously used his services back in 2017 for a flip and the transaction was smooth and fast. Fast forward to today and I used him for a VA loan on my new primary residence. My financial situation isn't vanilla. I own rentals, do flips on top of working my professional full time job. My experience with most banks are horrible due to my complicated multiple sources of revenue. I have even been denied by NFCU despite having more than enough disposable income to qualify. Whether your situation is as complicated as mine, more complicated than mine, or vanilla, Brass Financial Group will get you to the finish line. He will not waste your time.
