  From all the lenders I have talked or have dealt with in the past, Brandon was the best. Everything is set to be straightforward without interruptions, and whoever is involved in his team make his work extremely efficient and streamlined.   Thanks to Mr. Cobb (Brandon), I had the BEST Mortgage REFI experience in my 22 years of home-buying experience, bar none! For context, I have purchased and owned five homes in my lifetime, refinancing them as appropriate, for better rates and/or shorter repayment periods about the same number of times. While I have had great experiences using others lenders such as NFCU, CITI, and WellsFargo, Brandon's streamline REFI of my VA mortgage was the fastest and best I have ever experienced. Not only did I receive a rate at least .5 points lower that other lenders, closing costs for a Strong Home Mortgage (a Costco lender) were completely transparent and reasonable. If you're looking for the best rate, transparency in closing costs, and smooth processing, Brandon is your guy. He earned my confidence and endorsement. I asked the tough questions, as is typical of those in my profession. Without a doubt, I highly recommend Brandon. I'm keeping his number handy for future projects!
