  Having been a Realtor in the Northern Virginia region for 14+ years I have worked with a tremendous number of loan officers and am incredibly careful who I recommend. I've referred Brandon to my clients for years but just had the opportunity to use his team for my own home purchase. It was an incredible experience for my husband and I!   Brandon and the team at Guaranteed Rate took care of our mortgage in a way I would not have expected! They anticipated potential road blocks to getting our home purchase through closing and were pro-active about taking steps to make sure those potential blocks didn't delay our closing in any way. They were ALWAYS there to answer questions, even the most basic ones, and I consistently felt as though there was nothing to remotely worry about - which is a blessing when going the process of buying a new home! Our closing was completed almost entirely via their secure portal and it was both easy to navigate and utilize for transferring and signing documents. My wife and I sincerely appreciate their efforts and couldn't recommend them enough!!! Thank you Brandon and your team for everything you did for us, we love our new home!!!!

  I couldn’t be happier. This is the 3d time i’ve used Brandon and his team. I never liked the process when he was at Wells Fargo. I was blown away how far things have come. They moved with such speed and the technology was easy to use as well. I highly recommend this team and i am a retired Banker of over 25 years. Thank you Brandon and the team! Simply awesome!!! Just stop calling me sir! Lol. Makes me feel old...
