  It's easy to underestimate personal, caring service....until bad stuff happens. I was the recipient of an extremely well-done scam call. This location has always been helpful, but they were extremely supportive as I tried to sort fiction from reality. The representative just stayed with me in a very tense situation, and I will be forever grateful. I never seriously thought of switching to a bigger bank, and now it's never going to happen. On the business side of things, their business banking options are the best I've seen--no or minimal fees and perfect options for a small business.

  My experience so far with BOK has been great. I appreciate the personal relationship I have with my local office. In just over 18 months as a customer this office the staff have done more little service things for me than my last bank did in 15 years. I highly recommend.

  The manager & staff at BOK Financial on Mayo Blvd in N. Scottsdale are incredible. In some ways it took me back to how banks used to be when I was growing up. These people actually care, and provide the best possible solutions for your banking needs. I am grateful I was referred to them by a friend who had the same experience i did. Tony

  I don't have to go in the branch a lot but it's truly a throwback to service of old, everyone smiling, greet you as you walk in door. Whether it be a simple transaction, discussing future plans for buying a house or the actual lending process...they take time to help, explain and hold your hand through the process if needed.

  Best experience at a bank I have ever had. I opened 2 accounts and couldn't be more pleased with the ease of doing business with this bank. I HIGHLY recommend BOK Financial!!! Great people and wonderful service.

  just got my third auto loan (used vehicle, private party) from them and with excellent credit no one was able to beat the APR I got from BOKfinancial. I guess big banks see this as a risk because the cheapest rate I got from a major bank was Bank of America at 7.99% while BOK offer 4.24% so I took it
