  I’ve been to many pawn shops but none that are as friendly as Bob’s! Not only do they treat all their customers with respect but they also take care of you with very reasonable prices! I will continue to purchase firearms here and highly recommend this pawnshop to anyone. -Ruben R.

  We were just traveling thru and decided to stop by. Cute little shop. Didn't expect something so big in such a small town. Great selections. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. I'd definitely recommend stopping in.

  Very helpful, very friendly, great service, but prices are varied. Some things are very high, some a little high, but others are reasonably priced. Just have to look around. They will even keep an eye out for an item you are looking for if they do not have it. Definitely worth checking out.

  I first visited in March 2020 on my way to Martin Dies Jr. State Park for camping. I didn't want to leave the shop! I purred like a kitten in front of cream; this shop was so wonderfully unusual, eclectic, full of surprises of old times and new. Everyone of the staff were cordial, helpful, energetic and very funny! There was even entertainment; right in front of the shop, on the street an 18-wheeler's tire caught fire! Got to see the Volunteer Fire Department in action and the local folk telling stories of famous local characters! I especially enjoyed and "bonded" with Melissa, she had such beautiful energy about her! Planning another camping trip soon and Bob's Pawn Shop will be a must stop, just to recharge my city depleted batteries with real country energy, authentic people and great conversations! But of course there are those history lessons about the unusual items scattered all around the store! I give Bob's a full MEOW!

  My favorite pawn shop on Earth! The staff is friendly, caring, kind to my dog Penny, and most of all extremely helpful. They always work with me to make sure I'm comfortable with my purchase or my trade. Can not sing enough praises about this business and how they operate. Thanks Craig and the whole staff for treating us like family!!!

  Just spent 20 minutes at the gun counter, no other customers, 4 people on duty behind the counter and they couldn't be bothered to ask if I needed help or wanted to look at something.

  This place is something else. Had an old riding lawn mower sitting out front with a flat tire and duct tape on the brake pedal. I went inside and made a very reasonable offer of $ 300.00 cash for the mower considering the shape it was in. Oh hell no, $ 300.00 was way too cheap. They wanted $ 450.00. Sorry, I'm not paying $ 450.00 for junk. Inside the place was filled with old junk, broke down mess, and an old stereo that was so loud you couldn't hear yourself think let alone hear what anyone else had to say. I strongly caution ANYONE who goes in this place to beware. Prices are way too high and it looks like a rip-off joint.

  We purchased a generator from them after Harvey blew through and the lights went out. It cranked in the store, no problem. We got it home and it ran for 10 minutes and shut off. We called them at the store and they told us to bring it back and they would refund our money. Drove from Silsbee to Woodville when gas was a little hard to come by only to find they had closed for the day even though they knew we were coming. When it was returned on Tuesday they did not give the promised refund and called the cops on my husband when he got a little heated about it. They said it was low on oil. The man had checked the oil. Anyway, he put more oil in it when he got home. This time it ran for 20 minutes. The oil leaked out from every crevice it could find. I would not encourage you to deal with this establishment at all.
