  I had a big time-sensitive catastrophe crop up right at the end of the business day, and Matt got me through it no problem, did everything possible to resolve it for me (which he did, successfully) and by phone, even! 10/10, amazing, thank you thank you thank you thank you

  They charged fee’s to my kids accounts without my knowledge and refused to refund them. Terrible customer service. Bank somewhere else.
