If carol would have asked to help me when she greeted me I could've been out and on my way without having to wait

Kyle Jackson1The lady over the phone was not very knowledgeable over the phone. Know your job and the correct answer before giving out information. All three bankers gave three different stories and the one at this location was snobby and rude. Don't recommend them as a bank.

Update I called to resolve the issue and not only did I feel rushed off the phone but was offered no help explanation I wouldn't want rude employees to represent my business
