  Ruben is soooo great!! He is new to this branch and honestly a great addition!! Ruben used to work at Northbrook and I was so sad when I called and he wasn't there, BUT now he is in Winnetka!!! YAY!! My husband and I live in River Grove and we drove all the way over to Winnetka just for him. Ruben answered all our questions and made it so fast and easy to open my husband's bank account. Thank you BMO Harris for having such an amazing employee!!! I will keep coming back even if that means we have to drive all the way over here. Totally worth the trip!!

  They called me up to tell me they issued me the wrong card. I went to Bmo to pick up my new card... come yo find out I’m paying 15.5% interest rate and discovered they switched me from no interest to 15% from 0%.., now no one will call me back and I’m soo upset!!!

  I visited the branch having made an appointment to open up a business checking account. Its was a very smooth and efficient process. Looks like I picked the right bank!

  Worst customer service, especially by the supposed bank manager, Mr. Nickels. The other people I spoke to at the bank had no interest in addressing my concerns as it was time to close.
