  second time in three months I've had them mess up my account and I've been working with them for a WEEK to fix it but I keep getting the same runaround. DO NOT EVER BANK HERE

  Horrible service. My daughter had a scam issue with her account and it’s been 5 months now with no resolution whatsoever. We had been in constant contact with Justin, the manager at this location. He said all the right things but never followed through. This bank could care less of its customers and Justin is proof of that.
