  Went there to cash my check. A banker from the office understood the agreement between the bank and the corporation but didn't do enough transactions so was going to have the teller do it. She refused to honor the agreement. Wasted 30 miles and the woman was snotty. Will be driving 60 miles round trip to never have to deal with Lancaster branch again.

  I have always had great customer service with this branch. They have always been able to answer my questions and help in anyway they could.

  Probably the worst service i’ve had ever! Rude and obviously don’t know how ACH works around here. Will be closing my account ASAP!!

  Got rid of their change counting machine, don't have Saturday hours, and are all around just difficult.
