  Excellent customer service everytime!! Especially Amber and Cody! Although everyone is kind and professional these two are exceptional and always take care of my needs in a speedy manner.

  Staff here is rude I definitely enjoy banking with them but prefer the Durand location or state street location never will I ever go to the 3 mile location again because they need to better train their staff on how to behave and talk to others when in customer service every time I come to this location they mess things up and get upset when you call them out about it

  Unfriendly, RUDE staff. This bank is a SCAM. Cant get my money when i need it even though its in my account!

  an employee at another location made a mistake and the manager at this location did everything in their power to correct that mistake the manager is super helpful, kind, and courteous
