  I have been involved in a scam which uses BMO Harris Bank checks. Asked to talk to manager who wasn't there. Left my number for a call back. No interest, no call! Another "We're just too good to be bothered" bank! Unprofessional and uncaring.

  We opened a bank account here four years ago as we are Canadians that use BMO back home. We opened the USA account so we would have ease to transfer funds from our Canada account to the USA account. Staff at the bank were very helpful and friendly. After one year of not using the account, it went inactive. I returned to the branch and they were quickly able to resolve the problems were had and re issue us new debit cards. We were very impressed with the customer service

  Bad.....bad.... ATM machine malfunction and the manager said it will take 24 hours to get my money back. Is been a week and I haven't got my money. The manager won't take my calls. When this nightmare is over I will withdraw my money and bank somewhere else.
