Syed Shafi5Love this branch we opened our business account & personal account with Sanita Kulasic & the rest of the team Of BMO staff for accessautosales.com She was really professional and made the whole process really smooth & easy. Me and my partner Nabeel A. Khawaja (Coo) were done Approx. 25 mins. I will recommend anyone to come open there business account & personal account at this branch there all are wonderful team and really passionate about there job what they do as a bankers. I wish, I can leave more than 5 stars but google doesn't have more than 5 stars. So, Thank You BMO Harris Team On Grand location.

Alexandra Cadena1The worst. Skeleton staff, I get it but if certain services aren't available maybe post a sign! I had to wait in line for 25mins before being told that they couldn't update my address and they couldn't print me a new debit card. Ridiculous! Had their mobile app allowed for address updating like Chase does I wouldn't have had to waste my time even going in and being told that they can't even help me...what a waste of time!! Calling their corporate to try and have these services done were also a joke!! 40 mins on the phone with a rep just to update an address. Then I was told I would have to call back in 5 business days to request my debit card be mailed to my updated address. Thank God they're not my only bank, otherwise I would've been screwed! I call back today to request they mail my debit card to my updated address and another 24 mins on the phone with the rep. This bank is a joke. Some of us work full-time and go to school full-time. I don't have time like a retired person to go back and fourth with this bank! After this experience, I am just switching all accounts to Chase.

andy20505Sanita works at this bank. She is an absolute beast when it comes to customer service and getting it done. She helped my small business get a revolving line of credit. I couldnt even get a line from the bank that i bank with daily and deposit 200k monthly with. If you call her and shes misses it, she will call you back, if you email her, she will respond to you same day. This is the type of service that is almost lacking from the entire banking industry. Luis v3I prefer this location for BMO over others for it’s exceptional customer service however my recent experience was rather unpleasant! I had to deal with a new teller my receipt says it was mbelaoula and she was on her phone when I entered facing the side wall. I felt ignored whereas whenever I do enter I always get 2-3 hellos and welcomes but she was the only one standing in front when she did help me she was not polite and she had this rude demeanor like a know it all attitude and I just thought I’d share my feedback as I haven’t had this experience in the last 3-4 years I have been banking here.

Louise smith1Horrible service. Brought a document in to be signed in front of a Notary. Perla, (notary) was downright rude and acted as though she was being inconvenienced, even though the bank was not busy at all. She should take a refresher course in customer service.
