Adam Sinclair1My father passed, so I brought death certificate to close his account and get the left over money, without saying anything, the unhelpful evil manager cut up his card, smiled and said we’re keeping your father’s money, you should get a lawyer. It was salt in the wound of a very difficult situation.

Dennis Doherty5My name is Dennis Doherty, and I have been a BMO customer for many years. I must give this bank 5 stars. I had a recent calamity, where I placed a night deposit on a Saturday night, and upon leaving forgot if I threw the deposit in the outside mailbox. I couldn’t sleep for 3 nights, as it was a 3-day holiday, and the deposit contained a large sum of cash. When I came in the next Tuesday morning and explained my distress; the whole bank staff dropped what they were doing and rushed to the drop area at once. Lo and behold - there was my deposit. I am very grateful for that outcome, and I must compliment the staff as I have when there. They are always very courteous, considerate, cheerful, patient, and professional. Epigenia Diaz1I had a very bad experience with this branch which is on Dempster that even a one star I can’t give. Pulled up to a drive thru line before they closed at noon but since the person infront took a long time in line I moved to another lane and another lane. When it was my turn the teller didn’t accept my transaction because she said that they’re closed and that I pulled in after they close and she was so positive about it because as she said they are monitoring. I challenged her to check the camera but still insisted that I pulled in at 12:30pm. They took the transaction of the white guy after they pulled the tube but put it back in and took his transaction. Is it because I’m ASIAN ???? Next time please monitor your cameras closely so that you can serve better.

Bob Korvas4I've been with BMOHARRIS and this branch from the first day they opened over 25 years ago and through the mergers. The people there are and have been very helpful and never discriminate. Sure there have been changes in staffing. But generally they treat everyone well. I've watched and observed interactions. The two people that indicated they were unhappy or felt discriminated probably have not learned the difference between 'difficult' exchanges, or someone having a bad day and true discrimination. Anyway, no institution is 'perfect'. Mistakes happen but after all the dealings I've had it's not the people but the change in BMO management philosophy. The people there are 5 stars but the new management and changes are 3 star at best. It wasn't always like that.

Vanesa aguila landa1Ive been there twice and both times I've felt in a way discriminated or not attended properly because of my ethnicity by a lady that works there. Very disappointed , i try avoiding that particular harris bank.

Sonya L1Staff is rude and difficult. They make a lot of mistakes and instead of trying to find a solution for a customer they just say no and stare at you. Dont go here!
