Jason Lange2I have been getting Money orders for the past 3 years plus and it wasn't til they closed the downtown bank that suddenly they start charging me everytime. But what really is annoying me is there's always one teller in particular that suddenly has issue with me asking for an envelope. No one else has an issue with me asking for an envelope. she even goes as far as giving me a standard envelope. for 5 dollar fee the least they can do is give an envelope if I ask for it hasnt been a problem the last 3 plus year. suddenly it's a problem

K S1Not surprised to see low rating Some of us work late 5pm doors close and shut. If someone arrives 4:55 don’t turn them down Your not a food server you weren’t staying a hour past closing. Your paid by the hour , milk that clock. P.s was the really big guy

Sarah Zastrow1I would've given zero stars if I could. Extremely disrespectful servicw. One in particular started charging my small business extra for normal things just because. She ALWAYS has a huge attitude and is in her 60's. Such a terrible example for the younger employees and I'm going to change banks because it keeps getting worse.

Diana Schultz2I was with my Uncle, he was adding myself as POD & POA to his accounts. I had to use the restroom & they would not let me use it. After signing all the paperwork, I asked for a copy for us. I was told no & it was for internal use only. My legal info was required. I have a right to anyhing that i sign. I did this same thing for my parents @ The Bank of Mauston & they gave me copies w/o asking. I work at a Credit Union & we give them to membersalso!!! I want a copy of the things we signed on 11-18-2020, sent to me!!

Jan Towne1If I could give zero stars if I could. The service with BMO bank is inexcusable. I have tried to get things done on site, on line, by phone and am back on hold once again. Big banks are NOT always better!! I would recommend any other bank if you want service!
