Jason1I have regretted ever refinancing with BMO since day one. Every branch, every department, mistakes mistakes mistakes. Going on the 3rd month in a row where BMO tries to draw my mortgage payment from the wrong checking despite stopping into multiple branches to correct their errors. How do I find out? A nice letter from them with an overdraft fee and explanation that I owe money. I will be taking the first opportunity to rid my life of this terrible institution and let people who actually care about my business handle my money.
