  They were rude and make weird rules and are pretty darn entitled to someone else's belongings. This is a strange business. They way they speak to people.. garbage. I agree with the reviewer who said white Eagle is down the street and much better. I've never had any issues with them!

  Very unprofessional put both my car loans as personal loans to get around a state law about only allowing 10% interest rate. Repoed my cars after i lost my new job due to covid all around terrible company. unwilling to work with me to get one of my vehicles back after i offered to bring the loan to currant they responded in a very rude tone saying "no you have to pay off the loan in full".

  Maryland the manager was very rude to me over the phone had no intention to help me with my problem then followed by hanging up on me. i Closed my account and switched to Emprise now I have no issues.

  Very very rude, does not care about there customers at all would not recommend this credit union to anyone! White eagle is right down the street and 100000000% better with customers and services.
