  This was definitely a 5 star rental refi transaction (and I don’t just give away stars)! As a homeowner for over 30 years this was by far the fastest and easiest refi I have ever experienced! The Blue Star Lending Team worked together efficiently to get me a very low rate, lower the length of the loan, and also get some cash out so I am now credit card debt free! The team effectively communicated every detail of the process so we were always one step ahead. If I had a question, they answered the phone … no voicemail tag! I would recommend Blue Star to my friends & family 💯!

  So grateful for the BlueStar team. We just finished our refinance and it went great. My favorite thing is how quickly they return emails, when you’re working through this process it’s so important to have access when you have a question. We also had a problem when we had our appraisal come in much lower than expected. Kevin was able to fight it on our behalf and it came out exactly what we needed it to be!   I have been through the home buying experience three times in the past 9 years, all utilizing the VA loan. This was the most challenging time for me due to the market and volatile interest rates.   Kevin and Team made this painful process easy. He is very clear about what is needed, next steps, what is to be expected, possible outcomes, etc. He is a realist and is there to serve and doesn't fill your head with sales talk. Throughout the process he was very involved and had a vested interest in seeing us get a home. First class service from each staff member we dealt with as well.
