      Switched from this place to lake michigan credit union, best move I ever made. They love to fee you, probably how they afforded the new facility. They need to get with the times. Most places have over draft forgiveness ie 24 hours to get money in your account to cover overdrafts. Not this place they love to fee you to death.

      Awesome service Bren is awesome helped us every step of the way on refinancing our home. Really nice facility in both locations I visited. I will definitely be using this credit union for all my banking needs, even with it being an 1 1/2 hr drive.

      I went in to get a notary on 3/22/19 and the kid in the corner office said he "couldn't" notarize my signature because I don't have an account there. Does this kid think I'm an idiot? Why not tell the truth, I "won't" notarize your signature. Is that the Credit Union's policy or his personal policy? Either way it's a missed an opportunity to provide a service to the small business community since the City of Coopersville no longer has a notary.

      This is an amazing place to do your banking. People are genuinely friendly and care about you as a person. They don't pull any fishy stuff like a bank. I can't imagine banking anywhere else.
